60 years ago a
man stole money from a Sears store located in Washington. The guilt was
haunting this man. After 60 years he went to the Sears department and confessed
what he had done on a note. In the note he left a $100 bill.
People say they
saw a sigh of relief when the man was walking out the store.
My reflection
towards this is that you have to be honest at all time. In the first place the
man shouldn’t have stolen from the store but at the end he did what was right.
He confessed his crime. He couldn’t hold the guilt anymore. When you do wrong
the guilt will always haunt you. That’s why you have to be honest at all times.
